The Aesthetic Concept Offer is a way to make architectural advice more accessible. For a fixed sum, you get to work closely with an architect to help you find the best solution for your home.
Pick a specific number of areas in your home that need changes, our dedicated team will create mood board options and articulation of core concepts, including materials and finishes through different palette suggestions.
This option is for you if:
You already have a floor plan locked in and want to make it beautiful and feel right
You wish for the look of your interior and exterior spaces to be well thought through
You need professional, experienced input on materials and finishes

PACKAGE A - $2,000 + GST
• 2x areas selected by you (ie kitchen/bathroom/street facade)
• 2x palette options for each area
• Mood boards with examples
• 3D sketches
• Presentation (up to 1h)
PACKAGE B - $3,000 + GST
• 3x areas selected by you (ie kitchen/bathroom/street facade)
• 2x palette options for each area
• Mood boards with examples
• 3D sketches
• Presentation (up to 1h)
• 1x design iteration document with preferred palette from your feedback
• Schedule of main material & finishes
*Any extra area for $750 +GST
