What is a Plan Review and do I need one for my project?
The Plan Review Offer is a way to make architectural advice more accessible. For a fixed sum, you get to work closely with an architect to help you find the best solution for your home.
Our dedicated team carefully examine and review your proposed floor plan, highlight missed opportunities and suggest exciting alternative options in order to elevate your design.
This option is for you if:
You have designed your own floor plans (or engaged a consultant to do so)
You are planning to hire a draftsperson to produce your technical drawings
You want an experienced professional to review and advise on alternative options to be 100% sure you have the best design possible
What’s included
PACKAGE A - $2,000 + GST (or $2,500 + GST if floor plan is above 120sqm)
• Plan Review by an architect
• Presentation of opportunities and alternative design option(s) (up to 1h)
• Advice on authority requirements
PACKAGE B - $3,000 + GST (or $3,500 + GST if floor plan is above 120sqm)
• Plan Review by an architect
• Advice on authority requirements
• Budget estimate by architect
• Presentation of opportunities and alternative design option(s) (up to 1h)
• 1x design iteration incorporating your feedback
• CAD drawings (proposed plan only)
