The kitchen was extended to create a seamless connection to the outdoors, featuring a café-style servery window that opens to a new deck, perfect for alfresco dining. The addition of a mudroom and laundry enhanced the home’s practicality, while the master ensuite and main bathroom were fully revamped to provide modern comfort and luxury.

A redesigned entrance, featuring a striking new front door and a stylish fireplace as a space divider, gave the home a fresh and welcoming first impression. Timber-framed windows replaced the originals throughout, adding warmth and sustainability, while the second storey was given a contemporary touch with timber cladding, elevating the home’s exterior.

Outside, the deck was rebuilt to maximise the connection to the northern views, and the outdoor area was further improved with wicking garden beds, a composting system, and retained fruit trees. Here ensured that each element was crafted with an emphasis on quality finishes and energy efficiency, creating a home that is both beautiful and sustainable.

This project, completed with Here’s full architectural services, turned Eureka Terrace into a forever home that will serve the family for generations to come.
